Can I pick up my items?
No, all items are shipped, we do not allow invoice pick ups under any circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience. 


What does shipping cost?
$5 handling fee on all invoices; at-cost USPS rates (we pass our commercial discounting onto you). Bubble mailers are typically under $4 for first class, if your package is too heavy we will ship with Priority mail which is typically $7 - $8. We insure your packages and may require a signature depending on your package value, those costs are passed onto you if applicable. 


How long does it take for my shipment arrive?
99% of our packages are mailed out the day following auction day. USPS is notoriously slow at mailing packages this year, so you should expect as long as two weeks for a first class package to arrive or one week for a priority mail package. If you purchased $1,500+ your invoice may be shipped with overnight. Any mail related requests should be given before the auction or at the latest DURING the auction (for situations where you bought more than expected). We typically only mail to the billing address but may allow exceptions.


Can you sell my item(s)?
No, we do not take consignments from the public at this time. We may be interested in buying your items out right, please contact us with full details and your best asking price. We do work with wholesalers and manufacturers.


Why did the lot timer extend before it sold?
Our auctions are “soft close”, this means that if a bid is placed in the last few minutes, the bidding for that lot will be extended by another few minutes. This gives other interested bidders time to raise their bid before the lot closes.


Can I bid without registering?
No, we do not accept bids by email, phone, or other means.


Can I return this item?
No, if there is an issue with the item we may can help remedy it but we do not accept returns since we are primarily a *new* product fine jewelry auction and sell as-is.
